Another New Album

Third album now available!  Here's the description:

"D.Machine’s third album “The Squared Circle” is a more free-form exploration of the nature of digital sound. On this album, the sound is itself a guide; leading the listener into the space of sonic effects and mesmerizing rhythms. The music is at times hypnotic and also often dark and ragged. Put your headphones on and prepare to square the circle."

New Album!

New album is available now!

Here's the description from CDBaby:

"Imagine if The Orb or Aphex Twin wrote an ambient electronica album based on Arthur C. Clarke’s “2001: A Space Odyssey”. That’s what D.Machine’s “A Sonic Odyssey” is. The album is comprised of five different movements that take the listener on a journey from the dawn of man through deep space and beyond the infinite. This album rewards careful listening but is also accessible and makes great background music while you work or drive. The themes on this album will haunt you as it is not easily forgotten."

Some iTunes Reviews

The Album

“Adventures in Sonic Wonderland” is an electronic musical journey through the imagination of D.Machine.  Take a journey through the rabbit hole into a refreshingly new musical world.  Wonderland is a full-length instrumental work covering a wide range of styles including ambient, trip-hop, prog-rock, and ominous surrealism.  Inspired by Tangerine Dream, Delerium, Pink Floyd as well as Zombi and Goblin, Wonderland is both a electronic progressive-rock journey and epic movie soundtrack.  Tracks range from relaxed, improvised soundscapes, aggressive dance pieces, to longer structured works, including a cover of Pink Floyd’s “Echoes.”  Always bringing the unexpected, Wonderland is dense with mysterious, haunting and memorable sounds.

Recommended if you like Pink Floyd - Echoes, Roger Waters, or Pink Floyd in general.  Also, Tangerine Dream, Delerium, Zombi and Goblin.
